Donatas Petreikis - ts ![]() The group formed before the competition. Their main stimulus was to test their creative potentials. All four members study at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. R.A.D.D. brings Giedra by Rokas Jackūnas to the finals. Saxophonist Donatas Petreikis started as a pianist, but later graduated as a saxophonist from the J. Tallat-Kelpša Conservatoire. Currently, he studies the saxophone at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. Before entering the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, where he studies at the Jazz Department, Rokas Jackūnas took private guitar lessons and studied independently. In 2009, he earned second prize in Gitarų šėlsmas competition, and the following year – first prize. In 2012, the guitarist played in Traveling Youth Orchestra international project, which was introduced in Baltic countries and France. Jackūnas regularly takes part in the AGATA camps for young performers. This year he honed his skills in Nomazz IP, the event designed for Baltic and Scandinavian young jazz musicians. Arman Isojan studied violin at the S. Šimkus Conservatoire in Klaipėda; currently studies double bass at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. The musician has worked with Klaipėda Musical Theatre and Jurgis Barakauskas Dixieland. He appears in various projects and jazz sessions; took part in Klaipėda Castle Jazz Festival, Jazznica 2011 in Slovakia and Divercities Grenoble 2012 international project in France. Domantas Razmus studied saxophone in music school in Pasvalys. Later he independently learned to play percussion, joined several rock and pop groups. Currently, he studies percussion at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre. In 2012, the drummer was selected to participate in Traveling Youth Orchestra international project, with it he toured abroad. Currently, Razmus works in various projects, takes part in open jazz sessions. |
