The group made its debut in the Vilnius Jazz Young Power 2010, where it reached the finals and Silvija Pankūnaitė was voted the composer of the most original composition. Since then, the musicians have collected a substantial stage experience – appeared in festivals “Vilnius Jazz”, “Mama Jazz”, “Džiazo jungtys” (“Jazz Junctions”) in Kaunas, “Vilnius Live”, “Ledainės pasaka” (“Fairytale of the Ice Cream Parlour”), garnered second prize in “Daugirdas gyvai” (“Daugirdas Live”) competition-festival, became the finalist at the “Garažas” (“Garage”) competition.

Meet the new line-up of the ensemble in Silvija Pankūnaitė’s You Say.

Silvija Pankūnaitė has studied singing and choral conducting at the music school in Utena. Currently, she studies singing at the Jazz Department of the LAMT. The singer took part in “Jazz Voices” competition in Klaipėda, and “Džiazo fontanas” (“Jazz Fountain”) competition in Panevėžys, appeared in “Vilnius Jazz” and other festivals, sang in rock operas. She also writes music for Vilkšu Pa Muguru. In addition, she is a member of Despotin Fam & The Big Band Bang and A.K.Voices.

Agnietė Ivanauskaitė studies the flute at the LAMT. She took part in a great number of various academic music festivals and competitions, as well as “Vilnius Jazz”. She also works with Jazz Pink Jan.

Pianist Giedrius Nakas graduated from the M. K. Čiurlionis National School of Arts, where he took part in the production of rock opera Jesus Christ Superstar. Currently, he studies the piano at the LAMT; also is interested in jazz and pop music. The pianist works with Messiah Goes Mad Orchestra, Repo Seniai, A.K. Voices, Despotin Fam & The Big Bang Band, and Saulės Kliošas.

Donatas Bielunskis studies the bass guitar at the LAMT. He also is a member of The Dominoes and Spooky Campfire Stories, collaborates with Amy Winehouse Project.

Jonas Lengvinas drums on jazz and pop music scenes. He has honed his skills at the Helsinki Music College (Finland), in 2009 captured first prize at the “Drum Day” competition. Jonas appeared in “Vilnius Jazz”, “Birštonas Jazz”, Šiauliai and Liepaja jazz festivals, as well as Europe and Canada.
