The duo formed a short while before Vilnius Jazz Young Power competition and left the jury startled due to excellent ensemble, inner power and energy of music making. In the competition the duo appears with its co-operative composition Dot.

Manvydas Pratkelis started his music education at the School of Arts in Jonava. Later he graduated from Juozas Tallat-Kelpša Conservatoire where he studied under Jan Maksimovich. Currently, he studies saxophone under John Ruocco at the Royal Conservatory of The Hague (the Netherlands). The saxophonist has appeared in Birštonas Jazz Festival.

Jonas Butvydas received the basic training as a drummer from Gediminas Laurinavičius at Balys Dvarionas School of Music. Currently, he studies drums under Darius Rudis at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre.
